Tracy Tutty My passion is to help people experience a life beyond stress. I believe that if you know exactly what stress is and how it affects your body, then you can use that knowledge to proactively manage your stress levels and live a prosperous life. I also support self- employed people, especially complementary therapists and coaches, to grow their businesses because I know you can do what you love and be rewarded for it. Financial Stress is difficult to step away from. It is always there in the back of your mind, affecting your business decisions and influencing your interactions with clients and prospective clients. I want to remove that heaviness and help you to create a profitable, satisfying business.

As a reflexologist, stress therapist and healer I know how intense it can be to grow your business in addition to providing the valuable service of helping people to create and enjoy the life of their dreams. Although I am a Chartered Accountant, I felt lost when I first chose to work as a complementary therapist full time. I felt alone and wasn't sure how I was supposed to get clients to come to me. Over time I learnt how to value my service and communicate its uniqueness. I learnt to attract clients simply by being me and to put a supportive network around me so being self-employed wasn't a lonely experience. I chose to perfect these skills by training with a number of organisations and marketing specialists as a Business Growth Coach because I wanted to combine my love of business with my desire to help people live the life of their dreams.

I specialise in helping small businesses, especially therapists and coaches, to become more comfortable with charging their clients in exchange for the service they provide. I provide coaching and guidance on the outer factors that are present in all successful business ventures: clarity of vision, exceptional client service, appropriate marketing and commercial awareness. This is not about using marketing techniques to persuade people to buy from you. This is about marketing by attraction; consistently communicating your service on purpose to people you would like to work with.

I have spent a large part of my corporate life providing commercial support to marketing functions within large service organisations. This "on-the-job training" has allowed me to fine tune the marketing insights I have gained supporting marketing professionals in many industries so that I can apply it to smaller more personal business environments.
